Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a pizza chef.
• Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge of HACCP.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.

Key Duties of a Head Pizza Chef:

• Pizza Preparation: Oversee the preparation and cooking of all pizzas, ensuring consistency and high standards.
• Kitchen Leadership: Lead, mentor, and supervise the kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Inventory Management: Manage stock levels of ingredients, placing orders, and reducing waste.
• HACCP Compliance: Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are followed according to HACCP guidelines.
• Menu Development: Collaborate on new pizza creations and seasonal menu changes.
