Position Summary: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate health professionals to provide exceptional care to elderly clients. As a Health Professional in Elders Care, you will support clients with personal care, medical assistance, and daily activities to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care Assistance:
• Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility support, including help with walking, transferring, and positioning as needed.
• Health Monitoring and Management:
• Monitor vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
• Administer medications as prescribed and track medication schedules.
• Provide support for managing chronic conditions, such as diabetes, heart disease, and arthritis.
• Meal Preparation and Nutrition:
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and restrictions.
• Assist with feeding when necessary and ensure proper hydration.
• Emotional and Social Support:
• Foster a positive and empathetic environment, addressing clients' emotional needs.
• Engage clients in social activities, games, and conversation to enhance mental stimulation.
• Communication with Family and Healthcare Providers:
• Maintain clear communication with clients' families and healthcare providers regarding health updates and changes in condition.
• Document care activities, changes in client health, and daily observations.
• Safety and Emergency Management:
• Ensure a safe environment by preventing falls, infections, and accidents.
• Be prepared to respond to emergencies, providing first aid or contacting emergency services when necessary.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Nursing certification, Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), or relevant healthcare qualification.
• Experience: Previous experience in elder care or similar healthcare settings is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, patience, empathy, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on client needs.
• Physical demands, including lifting and assisting clients, may be required.
