Overview:
Accenture is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with at least 5+ years in healthcare project management and/or electronic health record (EHR) projects to join our growing Health Technology team. This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of healthcare technology innovation, contributing to meaningful projects that improve healthcare delivery and patient outcomes. In this , you will collaborate with clients on the delivery of healthcare technology projects across various stages of implementation.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Lead cross-functional teams, providing direction, support, and motivation to achieve project goals.
Engage with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, IT teams, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
Ensure all project activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Organize and conduct training sessions for healthcare staff on new EHR systems.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the EHR system meets all functional and performance requirements.
Collect and analyse project data, providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Desirable Criteria:

Background in Healthcare, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven track record of implementing or managing large-scale or complex projects, particularly in a healthcare setting.
Strong understanding of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
