We're looking for a Hospitality Team Leader who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Compass Group Ireland on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday. You'll join a team that takes real pride in what they do - pride in our food, pride in our brand but most of all pride in our people.

More about the role:
- Hands-on operational role which includes setup and execution of service
- Lead set ups for events ensuring events are set to venue standards within agreed timelines
- Supervise and develop the hospitality team
- Work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
- Management of small meeting rooms within the venue
- Adhere to and assist with driving the Health & Safety and sustainability aspects of the venue
Who you are:
- Experience leading a team
- Good knowledge of food & service delivery
- Good knowledge of conference and banqueting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and of own initiative
