Hospitality Team Leader

We're looking for a Hospitality Team Leader who will be the face of our business, delivering exceptional customer service for Compass Group Ireland on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday. You'll join a team that takes real pride in what they do - pride in our food, pride in our brand but most of all pride in our people.
As a Hospitality Team Leader , you will contribute to a passionate and friendly team working in a fast-paced environment. More about the role:
  • Hands-on operational role which includes setup and execution of service
  • Lead set ups for events ensuring events are set to venue standards within agreed timelines
  • Supervise and develop the hospitality team
  • Work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
  • Management of small meeting rooms within the venue
  • Adhere to and assist with driving the Health & Safety and sustainability aspects of the venue

Who you are:
  • Experience leading a team
  • Good knowledge of food & service delivery
  • Good knowledge of conference and banqueting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and of own initiative
