Temple Bar Hotel is centrally located in Dublin's buzzing cultural quarter Temple Bar which is famous for its endless range of pubs, shops, restaurants and lively nightlife.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist to work in our 4 star deluxe hotel.
Please note this is part time position and you must possess a full time work permit.
Our ideal candidate will have:

The relevant experience in a busy 4-5 star hotel receptionist role
Will have an excellent track record in guest care
Will have experience with Opera
Excellent presentation and customer care skills
A positive and friendly attitude
Be well spoken with excellent communication skills, good command of English
Be legally able to work in Ireland without restriction
Flexibility to work day, evening and weekend shifts including holidays

Duties will include:

To offer the highest level of guest service in the Reception Area of the hotel, ensuring the agreed standards are achieved at all times.
Specific responsibilities include: The checking in and out of guests on arrival and departure; Dealing with enquiries via the telephone and at the Front Desk; Ensuring all procedures are followed in relation to the handling of cash and keys, Reservation duties when necessary.
Have an in-depth knowledge of your department product and of that of the total hotel facilities.
To work as part of the Team, being aware of colleagues and their needs, and being flexible at all times.
To promote upselling and general sales within the department and ensuring maximum revenue is generated for Temple Bar Hotel.
To have pride and commitment in your area of work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €13.00 per hour
