About The Role:
Are you ready to revolutionise the way we do hospitality? Radisson RED is on the lookout for a savvy Housekeeping Supervisor to aid the smooth sailing of our Housekeeping Department! Reporting to the Head of Housekeeping and the General Manager, if you’re passionate about creating spotless spaces and leading a dynamic team, this role is your chance to shine! You'll be the go-to person for keeping our rooms and public areas looking sharp and inviting, making sure our guests experience our sharp RED identity from check-in to check-out.
As the Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the continuous success of our housekeeping department. You’ll be hands-on, ensuring every corner of our hotel reflects Radisson RED’s high-energy, stylish vibe. We’re looking for someone who’s proactive and innovative, with a knack for turning everyday tasks into memorable moments for our guests! - Minimum experience: 2+ years of relevant experience in housekeeping
- Minimum educational requirements: National academic qualifications / Degree in Hospitality preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Assists in the smooth running of the housekeeping department, where all aspects of the guest service experience are delivered to the highest levels, ensuring both property and company standards are attained and adhered to.
2. Lead and collaborate with the team to maximise guest satisfaction, comfort and cleanliness, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
3. Support and deliver on the business strategies taking ownership for assigned areas of responsibility and deputising for the Head of Department in their absence.
4. With the Head of Department take a leadership role in fostering a culture of growth, development and performance whilst promoting the company culture and values.
5. Collaborates with the Head of Department, ensuring that costs and departmental inventory is controlled, and that target productivity and performance levels are attained.
6. Build and maintain effective working relationship with all key stakeholders and partners both internal and external ensuring all communications and activities are controlled and undertaken in a timely manner.
7. Takes the lead to deliver departmental programmes that advances service standards, profitability and cost control which may include working with internal and external stakeholders, whilst incorporating environmental concerns.
8. Ensures adherence to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.

1. Proven experience in a housekeeping position
2. Ability to adapt to changing service environments
3. Good leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style
4. Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
5. Ability to find creative solutions, offering advice and recommendations
6. Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence
7. Strong communication and listening skills
8. Ability to work collaboratively across functions and cultures
9. Skilled with Microsoft Office software
10. An open, positive and communicative personality
11. Ability to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
