Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Guidance: Assist and guide managers in understanding and implementing HR policies and procedures consistently across the organization.
- Employee Support: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
- Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage daily HR administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing relevant documentation.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience from day one.
- Performance Management: Aid in the implementation and management of performance review processes to foster employee development.
- Training Coordination: Help organize training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and promote company culture.
- Compliance and Reporting: Assist with HR compliance initiatives and maintain accurate records to support reporting requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, including the basics of Irish Employment Law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Excel
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Pay: €30,000.00-€34,000.00 per year
