HR System Implementation Specialist- Contract (Dublin)

IT Resourcing at Ergo, are looking for a HR System Implementation Specialist for a long-term contract with a government body.
The successful candidate will be leading the HR system implementation, end to end, including business /systems analysis tasks.
This is an initial 12-month contract with potential for further extensions.
The position is based in Dublin City Centre, hybrid.
What will you do?
  • Implementation and roll out modules of a HR System.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting/logging/tracking issues and implementing configuration changes
  • Managing relationship with third party vendors
  • Act as a liaison between HR and relevant stakeholders, developing strong effective working relationships across a wide variety of business areas to ensure as smooth and compliant completion of the project.
  • Provide timely project updates to the CPO and Senior HR Management team.
What do you need?
  • 5 years HR system implementation and business/systems analysis experience
  • Experience working with SAP Success Factors
  • Experience of operating effectively in a strong audit and risk compliance environment
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting/logging/tracking issues and providing updates to relevant stakeholders
  • Awareness of data protection legislation for Ireland and Europe
