An excellent opportunity has arisen for an HR/Talent Administrator to join the Talent team at A&L Goodbody. As the HR/Talent Administrator, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to the Talent functions of the firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and motivated individual to contribute to the success of the team while developing their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities of the role

General administration

E- Filing - Uploading all relevant employee documents to our HR system

Employee system updates (holiday allocations, team/job changes)

Data input and maintenance of HRIS

Management of our internal communication site

Issuing reference letters

Completing salary certificates

Management of employee benefits

Administration of the Easi Travel, Bike to Work scheme etc.

Recruitment

Uploading CVs and candidate information to our recruitment site Workable

Issuing contracts of employment

Assist with employee on-boarding including arranging induction

Other

Assist the team with the firm's TY programme (Step-In)

Other tasks as requested

Provide a quality and professional HR administration service at all times

Skills and attributes

Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Strong administrative and general PC skills

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent people management and communication skills

Strong time management skills

Experience required

Third level qualification, preferably in HR or related area of study

Administrative experience necessary, HR experience is a plus
