Inbound Customer Service Agent

Sixt Ireland is a leading provider of car rental services in Ireland. We are a fast growing and dynamic company committed to providing our customers with a high quality rental experience. Sixt Ireland is an Irish owned and operated franchise of Sixt rent a car, one of the longest established car rental companies in the world. Sixt rent a car has been in operation since 1912.
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team. Duties will include:

Delivering excellent levels of customer service by phone, email, social media, internal survey or any other relevant channels
Responsibility for monitoring in bound Customer Services queries, and responding in a timely and professional manner
Answer phone calls and deal with customer queries coming through to the Customer Services phone line
Invoice control, processing payment transactions and refunds
Handling of paperwork and general administrative duties
Auditing and reporting as required
Any other duties as required by your Line Manager

Role Requirements:

A proactive, customer-focused person, with strong written and verbal communication skills, and proven problem solving skills.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail
Fluency in English required, other languages beneficial
Previous experience working with a CRM system beneficial
Full B driving licence, preferred but not required

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
