We have a great opportunity for an Internal Sales person to join our team.
Mc Hale Plant Sales Ltd, is a leading distributor of capital equipment in Ireland. We are the distributor for Industry leading brands including Komatsu, Metso, Jonsson, MDS and Prinoth, with depots located in both Dublin and Tipperary. We are currently recruiting for an internal parts sales role.
The Successful Candidate will:
· Support the existing sales and parts teams.
· Target proactive sales of our parts and service offerings
· Manage and develop our existing customer database
· Assist with generating new sales opportunities
· Deal with incoming inquiries and aftersales back-up
The Ideal Candidate Should:
· Be Computer Literate and Customer Service Orientated
· Have Excellent Communication and Organisational Skills
and have the Ability to work on own Initiative
· Experience in a Similar Role an Advantage
The successful candidate should have a flexible approach to the job, and be willing to provide cover for the parts sales managers when required. This is an exciting new role within our organisation, and one which offers plenty of scope for career progression. Training will be provided on our internal sales and service tools such as Komtrax, Komcall, Metso Metrics, Smart Forestry and JMS.
