Inside Sales/Customer Service

Our client is a well-established Electronic Equipment Services Company based in Dublin North City (Glasnevin) specialising in high end Industrial Electronic Equipment Repair & Spare Parts Supply. They work with a growing number of Multi-National Companies as well as smaller Service Contractors in Ireland and beyond.
They have a vacancy for a Inside Sales/Customer Services person to join their team to assist with growing Sales though Business Development activities while also working with the current team providing Sales, Customer Services, and Marketing Administration Support as required.
The role involves:

Being responsible for both acquiring new business and managing new and existing accounts for growth,
Overseeing and driving sales and business development activities, nurturing relationships with existing and potential clients as well as growing the client base.
Handling inbound enquiries from existing customers and following up on them as appropriate,
Handling new enquiries created by external third parties, referral and from the website,
Responding to questions & quotations (Full training provided),
Updating the website gallery, e Bay store and administration on other online sites,
Preparing customer reports,
Developing marketing initiatives and materials,
Leading the marketing strategy and represent the company's public profile through social media, networking and other relevant channels.

The role would suit a person who has:

Hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong Computer Applications Skills (MS Office),
Exhibits excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Be results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Comfortable Administrating and Communicating within a Technical environment,
Interested in e Commerce and e-Marketing,

Genuine Opportunities to Grow and Develop with Training provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €40,000.00-€60,000.00 per year

Experience:

Technical Services Sales: 3 years (preferred)
Spare Parts Sales: 3 years (preferred)
DTP (Adobe/MS) and e-Marketing: 3 years (preferred)
B2B Sales Support: 3 years (preferred)
Vendor Management Expediting: 3 years (preferred)

Language:

Fluent and Written English (required)

Work Location: In person
