Insurance Client Service Executives

First Ireland Risk Management is seeking to recruit ambitious and self-motivated Sales Executives to join our Personal Lines Sales Division. We are one of the largest brokerages in Ireland employing over 130 people, with our main office is Parkgate Street, Dublin. This vacancy is based in our Head Office in Parkgate Street, Dublin 8.

You will be part of a team looking after existing clients, for all aspects of their policies including Renewals and Claims.
You will need to be target driven (Renewal Retention & Cross selling) and capable of working in a fast paced environment.
Excellent telephone manner and customer care skills essential.
You should have at least 6 months Insurance experience.
Relay experience an advantage.
CIP qualification or progress towards same preferred.

Good organisation skills.
Good communication skills to build relationships with customers and our panel of Insurance companies.
Understanding of the minimum competency code and fitness and probity standards.
