Insurance Sales Executives

First Ireland Risk Management is seeking to recruit ambitious and self-motivated Sales Executives to join our Personal Lines Sales Division. We are one of the largest brokerages in Ireland employing over 130 people, with our main office is Parkgate Street, Dublin. This vacancy is based in our Head Office in Parkgate Street, Dublin 8.

Handle inbound sales inquiries and utilise any outbounding opportunities made available
Managing the sales process for new prospects
Handling customer enquiries face to face, over the phone or via email and web chat
Contacting prospective customers and discussing their requirements
Deliver excellent customer service
Achieving all targets and objectives monthly and annually
Participate in trade shows and conventions when required

Good organisation skills
Good communication skills to build relationships with customers and our panel of Insurance companies
Understanding of the minimum competency code and fitness and probity standards
