SK9 Human Capital are delighted to be working alongside a successful Irish owned Managed Service Provider who are hiring for an accomplished IT Technical Consultant to join their busy tech team to help them deliver a strong portfolio of ongoing technical solutions to a range of clients based throughout Ireland. It's a remote-first opportunity, they have staff based all over Ireland, who travel once a month to Dublin HQ for team meetings, updates and collaboration.
To be considered suitable for this role you'll need to meet the following criteria;
Required Skills

• 8+ years experience in a professional services role with technical delivery and consulting

• 3 years proven expertise in cloud/hybrid migrations and 365 adoptions.

• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver fault tolerant, scalable, cloud-based infrastructure.

• Expert knowledge of Modern Workplace AVD, Microsoft 365 applications & Power Apps

• Expert knowledge Cloud Administration & Security , IAM, PAM, Id P.

• Experienced implementing and troubleshooting on-premise infrastructures

• Knowledge of Infrastructure Virtualisation - Hyper-V, VMWare

• Prior experience of performing cloud security assessments with cost analysis

In this role, you will lead infrastructure transformations, ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient solutions for a range of clients, while continuously driving innovation. You'll be working closely with the Sales team on design and delivery of technical engagement process and taking responsibility for delivery of end-to-end Po C and project implementations to include quality handover to internal/external service operations.
Other important facets of the skills required include;

• Strong ability to manage customer and partner relationships.
• Proficiency in managing client expectations.
• Prepare and deliver effective presentations to customers to highlight solution detail and business benefit and help win/close deals.
• Working with external stakeholders and outsource service providers on the delivery of infrastructure services and solutions.
