Building Surveyor - All Levels - Remote - Ireland

SK9 Human Capital are working in partnership with a well-established & highly reputable Irish-owned Consultancy firm based in Dublin who are recruiting for 2 new members of staff, ideally 1 Senior Surveyor (Building) c60K+ with a minimum of 6 years commercial experience and a Graduate calibre Surveyor c40-45K to join their busy growing team based in Dublin. You can expect to be working across Ireland, providing services on a range of commercial buildings, but also mid-range residential houses and apartments. Projects can range between €500k - €3m+

Qualifications & Skills

BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying or equivalent
6 years+ of relevant Commercial Building Surveying experience
Proficient in Auto CAD, Word, and Excel
Valid driving license
Excellent technical knowledge
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
