The Merrion, one of Dublin’s finest luxury hotels, and a certified Great Place to Work, is recruiting for a Junior Assistant Room Service Manager


Centrally located in Dublin within easy reach of public transport, this role will offer you the opportunity to work in a beautiful hotel where the highest of standards are in place and where you have all the tools you need to do your job. Your role will include:

• Overseeing the daily running of the room service department alongside the management team
• Managing room service team members
• Working to achieve consistent and high standards of guest service

Working hours are 39 per week, and days of work include weekdays and weekends, working from either 6am – 2.30pm or 2.30pm – 11pm, or weekends 3.30pm-12pm.


The successful candidate will have strong guest focus, great communication skills, spoken and written English, multi-tasking ability, and enjoy contributing in a positive way to The Merrion Culture. Flexibility in response to guest and business needs is required, no two days are the same!
