JARU is looking for a kitchen assistant to join our Space Jaru team in Meath Street, Dublin 8.
Jaru is a Korean food company with street food/restaurant business and a retail/wholesale production business. JARU aims to provide the finest Korean foods using Irish ingredients.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From €13.50 per hour

Kitchen Assistant
- Cleaning the kitchen to ensure it is ready for the next day
- Maintaining/cleaning the food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators
- Receiving deliveries and organising them in the kitchen
- Washing dirty dishes like cutlery, pots, cutting boards and pans or loading dishes into the dishwasher
- Removing kitchen waste from waste containers and disposing of them properly
- Cleaning and maintaining cooking equipment like cookers, pots and food mixers
- Full-time (approx. 40hrs) Part-time (approx. 25hrs)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in professional kitchens
- Knowledge/interest in Korean foods
- Eligible to work in Ireland
- Team player. Good communication skill
- Training
- Sunday premium. Paid holiday. Sick pay.
