Location: Arthur Cox, Dublin City, D02 T380
Rate of pay: €13.00 per hour
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, day time only.
Key responsibilities
- Work alongside the culinary team to maintain HACCP standards.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchens at all times.
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dish washing machine, hand wash stations and pot-scrubbing station
- Wash and disinfect kitchen and store room areas, tables, tools, knives, and equipment.
- To clean walls, floors, ceilings and fittings.
- To ensure the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness of the Kitchen is maintained at all times
- Support the Restaurant and Kitchen Teams when required
