We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef for Arthur Cox in Arthur Cox
Location: Arthur Cox, Dublin City
Rate of pay: €19.00 per hour
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, daytime hours
Required Skills:

Minimise wastage and encourage creative thinking
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef
Adhere to all company and government food safety legislation
Ensure good kitchen planning to enable a trouble-free service and customer satisfaction
Help to promote and maintain a good working environment, leading by example and develop the team around you
Hands on, passionate, Energetic Self-motivated individual
Proven track record in delivering high quality dishes in a time pressured environment
Passionate about food, standards & results
Creative and up to date with new food trends and concepts

Key Responsibilities

Taking full control of the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence
Overall daily responsibility for the daily kitchen operations, including training of more junior members
Ensure that the kitchen complies with all health and safety, food safety and hygiene standards
Responsible for ensuring all kitchen equipment is maintained and used in a safe and correct manner
Deliver a consistent level of service in a clean and professional environment
