We are currently looking to recruit a Leisure Club Receptionist. This is a part time role that requires flexible availability. You must be available for early mornings and evenings both midweek and weekends.
Leisure Club Receptionist
Responsibilities include:
- Working on the Leisure Club reception desk, signing up members, and dealing with customer enquiries.
- Handling telephone enquiries for the Leisure Club.
- Cash handling, taking bookings for classes.
- Offering the highest standard of customer service.
- Using the hotel software system, outlook, excel and word.
- Attention to detail in relation to all admin work.
- Ensure you maintain a complete and expert product knowledge of the leisure club inlcuding pricing.
- Previous experience working in reception will be an advantage
- Will be dlexible with their working availability
- Will be a courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service
- Have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Be flexible with regards to hours
- Have a good command of the English Language
- Have excellent self-presentation
