Maintenance Person
We are currently seeking a part time Maintenance Person to join the team in Charleville Park Hotel. Hours can be adjusted to suit the right candidate.
Main Purpose for the Job:
To carry out all maintenance duties within the hotel to a 4 star standard in a tidy, professional and efficient manner.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• To carry out all maintenance in a professional manner while always working with health and safety as high as a high priority.
• Punctually attend work with a high standard of personal appearance and uniform.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance too ensure that the hotel continues to run smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, and the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
• Make general repairs on plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Painting to maintain the standard of the Hotel.
• Use initiative while carrying out day to day duties so that we provide the best possible product and service to our guests at all times. Always be on the look out to improve our customers’ experience.
• Interact with guests in a polite friendly and professional manner, always striving to exceed customer expectations.
• To be a team player
• To carry out any other duties / specific projects as requested by senior management.
• Person Requirements :
• Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, painting; hotel industry experience is a plus
• The ability to work in a quick and efficient manner at pace
• Good attention to detail and takes a pride in his/her work
• ·Punctual and reliable
