As an Office operations and administration manager at Education Elephant, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks that are crucial to the daily functioning of our organisation. You will be the backbone of our office, providing essential support to colleagues and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional customer service. You will be closely involved in our operational strategies as we grow into the future.
Key Skills required
- Fluency English language speaker
- Ability to work collaboratively independently and within a team
- Ability to work on own initiative & self start
- Organisation skill with attention to detail essential
- Computer literacy (e.g. MS Office, email, etc.)
- Knowledge of Hub Spot and Xero preferred
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop & maintain excellent customer service across all customer touch points within the company.
2. Customer Queries: Handle customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally, ensuring their needs are met and questions are resolved satisfactorily.
3. Order Fulfilment: Process and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
4. Scheduling: Schedule and organise company meetings, tasks and events.
5. Inventory Management: Ensure that all lines of inventory are procured, recorded and tracked monthly for visibility and order fulfilment.
6. Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, suppliers, and partners, and act as a point of contact between them and the company.
7. Operational Efficiency: Continuously seek ways to streamline office operations, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
8. Document and manage all policies and procedures so that they are kept up to date and implemented across the organisation.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Min. 3 years experience in an administrative role, ideally in a fast paced and/or similar industry.
