Onboarding & Application Support Engineer

Job Description
In this role you will be mainly required to perform the following duties:
- Handle support tickets over the following channels: email, webchat, phone calls
- Support the following applications: mobile app, desktop app, web app, chrome app, integration apps
- Engage with the end-user in a professional and empathetic manner and lead to the issue resolution
- Continuously learn the product and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Liaise with the line manager and other departments to get assistance with the issue resolution
- Analyse data from systems and produce reports for consumption by departmental managers
- Responsible for number porting
- Extensively handle installation processes across the country
Must have:
- Excellent verbal and written skills (English).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in "Technical Support" or "Application Support" roles.
- CCNA certified
- PC and Internet skills should be at least at "Advanced User Level".
- Diploma or reputable Certification in Computer Sciences.
- Basic computer networks skills.
- Manual handling and safe pass training
- Work experience with support or development for: B2B telecom, Saa S, hosted or on-premise phone systems (PBX), Vo IP, UCaa S, SIP or Web RTC Protocols.

Pay: €35,000.00 per year
