Job Description
In this role you will be mainly required to perform the following duties:

Handle support tickets over the following channels: email, webchat, phone calls
Support the following applications: mobile app, desktop app, web app, chrome app, integration apps
Engage with the end-user in a professional and empathetic manner and lead to the issue resolution
Continuously learn the product and contribute to the knowledge base.
Liaise with the line manager and other departments to get assistance with the issue resolution
Analyse data from systems and produce reports for consumption by departmental managers
Responsible for number porting
Extensively handle installation processes across the country

Job Requirements
Must have:

Excellent verbal and written skills (English).
Minimum 2 years of experience in "Technical Support" or "Application Support" roles.
CCNA certified
PC and Internet skills should be at least at "Advanced User Level".
Diploma or reputable Certification in Computer Sciences.
Basic computer networks skills.
Manual handling and safe pass training

Would be an additional advantage

Work experience with support or development for: B2B telecom, Saa S, hosted or on-premise phone systems (PBX), Vo IP, UCaa S, SIP or Web RTC Protocols.
