Role Overview
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager; the Operations Programme Administrator will ensure that Skillnet Ireland Business Networks and Schemes receive essential Operations support effectively to deliver maximum value to the organisation. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Operations function of Skillnet Ireland.
The key responsibility of the position is to support the operational framework of both Skillnet Ireland and the Skillnet Ireland Partner community. This responsibility also applies to the support for the internal Skillnet Ireland CRM and provider of training. The role includes the partner operating activity, related to SONRAI; Siskin; the preparation of data to assist in evaluations and the provision of financial and performance activity data to the Operations Manager to enable the proactive monitoring of Skillnet Ireland funded networks.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Provide financial and systems support and monitor business networks and schemes.
Deliver SONRAI Training (SONRAI is the bespoke system of record) to both the network community and to the Skillnet Ireland team.
Support for the Business Networks Annual End to End Cycle (Applications, Offers, Contracting and End of year).
Provide internal CRM support using the online ticketing service.
Documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the various processes and to enable process improvements.
Provide timely communications and status updates to stakeholders on multiple projects.
Tracking and monitoring of funding and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the Business networks.
Loading Network approved budgets to the system of record and creating the annual funding agreements.
Answering the networks queries related to all elements on the SONRAI system and Siskin for the End of year activity.
The role will also include the support of other objectives identified by the leadership team.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Strong communication skills (written and oral).
Good multi-tasking skills and the ability to deliver across a range of tasks and duties.
Strong Customer focus background and experience.
Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point skills.
Intermediate data literacy (analysis, modelling and interpretation) skills.
Problem solving skills.
Experience in a dynamic environment.
Excellent relationship building skills.
Process-orientated and strives for continuous improvement.
Desirable Experience and Qualifications
1 year data inputting, system support and query management experience.
Working Knowledge of Power BI.
A third level qualification or equivalent professional experience.
