Regional Broadband is a fast-growing telecommunications company dedicated to providing reliable internet services to our customers. As we continue to expand, we're seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview
We are looking for an organised and efficient Order Fulfillment Specialist to manage our order processing operations and inventory control. This role is crucial in ensuring our customers receive their equipment accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities

• Process and track customer orders across multiple service provider portals
• Manage inventory assignment and maintain accurate stock levels
• Configure, package and ship customer equipment following established procedures
• Organise and maintain the stock room to ensure efficient operations
• Update order status and maintain detailed records in our tracking systems
• Coordinate with shipping carriers and ship equipment internally and to customers
• Perform regular inventory audits and reconciliation
• Communicate with customer service team regarding order status and delays
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies promptly

Required Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in order fulfillment, warehouse, or related role
• A qualification/certificate in IT or related field
• Background in telecommunications or similar technical industry
• Knowledge of shipping and logistics operations
• Experience with order tracking software
