Shop Equipment Ltd is looking to appoint a Telesales/Sales Order Processing Administrator
Based in Citywest and reporting to the Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with Customers over the phone and in our Showroom.
• Providing Support and Backup to the Sales Team.
• Liaising with other internal departments (accounts, warehouse, purchasing,).
• Make outbound to new & existing customers.
• Consistently generate new leads through telesales.
• Issuing quotations to Customer and following up on quotations
• Providing information on all products & services and cross selling where appropriate
• Building lasting customer relationships and creating new sales opportunities for new and existing customers.
• Investigating and solving queries.
• Maintaining and updating customer database.

Skills and Experience:

• Must have 1-2 years administration experience in a similar role
• Excellent administration and communication skills
• Must Demonstrate experience using Microsoft Office Word and Excel to an advanced level and be able to manipulate reports essential.
• Strong Customer focus.
• Experience with SAP system an advantage
• Must have the ambition to learn and develop within the role as required
• Team player who is flexible and has a ‘willing to help’ attitude
• Have the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
• Fluent English

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €25,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
