Telesales Representative / Sales Order Processing

Based in Citywest and reporting to the Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Dealing with Customers over the phone and in our Showroom.
- Providing Support and Backup to the Sales Team.
- Liaising with other internal departments (accounts, warehouse, purchasing,).
- Make outbound to new & existing customers.
- Consistently generate new leads through telesales.
- Issuing quotations to Customer and following up on quotations
- Providing information on all products & services and cross selling where appropriate
- Building lasting customer relationships and creating new sales opportunities for new and existing customers.
- Investigating and solving queries.
- Maintaining and updating customer database.
- Must have 1-2 years administration experience in a similar role
- Excellent administration and communication skills
- Must Demonstrate experience using Microsoft Office Word and Excel to an advanced level and be able to manipulate reports essential.
- Strong Customer focus.
- Experience with SAP system an advantage
- Must have the ambition to learn and develop within the role as required
- Team player who is flexible and has a ‘willing to help’ attitude
- Have the ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
- Fluent English
Pay: €25,000.00-€30,000.00 per year
