Our business depends on developing and maintaining deep long-term customer relationships. With that in mind we seek to recruit the very best people for every role.
We currently require a part-time and full-time Telesales Agent to join our growing team.
The successful candidate(s) must have:
  • Proven ability to process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • A natural flair for customer service and an ability to sell and make customers aware of our product range.
  • Excellent listening and multitasking skills and a passion for building lasting relationships by being the voice of Richardsons.
  • Experience in dealing with customer queries and resolving proactively, this will include sales queries, account queries and general feedback from customers.
  • Ability to think on your feet and use initiative in a fast moving and dynamic environment
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines on a daily basis and be flexible, open to change and have a can-do attitude.
  • Experience in the Catering/Food sector is desirable but not essential.
