In the current market, our customers increasingly look for professional suppliers that will consistently meet their demanding requirements. Our success is achieved through our people. Our business depends on developing and maintaining deep long-term customer relationships. With that in mind we seek to recruit the very best people for every role.
We currently require a part-time and full-time Customer Service Agent to join our growing team.
The successful candidate(s) must have:
  • Proven ability to process orders accurately and efficiently.
  • A natural flair for customer service and an ability to sell and make customers aware of our product range.
  • Excellent listening and multitasking skills and a passion for building lasting relationships by being the voice of Richardsons.
  • Experience in dealing with customer queries and resolving proactively, this will include sales queries, account queries and general feedback from customers.
  • Ability to think on your feet and use initiative in a fast moving and dynamic environment
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines on a daily basis and be flexible, open to change and have a can-do attitude.
  • Experience in the Catering/Food sector is desirable but not essential.
