Avoca are currently recruiting for Packaging Operatives on a permanent basis. This role is based in our Avoca Central Bakery & Kitchen, Bray, Co Wicklow.

Responsibilities :

To package food for the section or product to which you are assigned, meeting the standards agreed
To plan your time effectively in order to carry out your responsibilities in the most efficient manner
To maintain a positive working relationship with all members of the CBK Team
To maintain a high level of personal and operative hygiene at all times, embracing a 'Clean As You Go' policy
To ensure that all food service areas are maintained to an acceptable level of cleanliness and
hygiene, adhering to the cleaning schedules on a daily basis
Adhere to all Food Hygiene and HACCP Regulations
To constantly display a high level of attention to detail

Requirements :
Have a friendly & outgoing personality

Be enthusiastic & flexible
Have good communication skills
Have strong attention to detail
Be legally eligible to work in Ireland
Have the ability to handle busy situations and manage your workload effectively

Skills:

Food Safety
Manual Handling
Labelling

This is a Full time role, 1pm - 10pm, Monday to Friday. Shift hours and pay rate will be discussed during the interview.
