Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Bartender, with a minimum of 1 years Experence in a fast-paced, high-volume establishment.
• Part time availability.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Duties:
1. Preparing and Serving Drinks

• Mixing and serving a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Understanding drink recipes and adhering to proper preparation techniques.

2. Customer Service

• Greeting customers, taking drink orders, and providing prompt service.
• Engaging with customers to enhance their experience, offering recommendations, and answering questions about the menu.
• Ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at the bar.

3. Cash Handling and Payment Processing

• Operating the cash register, taking payments (cash, credit, and contactless), and providing change.
• Balancing the till at the beginning and end of shifts.

4. Stock Management

• Monitoring and restocking bar supplies, such as liquor, beer, mixers, glassware, and garnishes.
• Keeping an eye on inventory levels and notifying management of low-stock items.

5. Maintaining Bar Cleanliness

• Keeping the bar area clean and organized throughout the shift, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glasses, and sanitizing equipment.
• Washing and polishing glassware, utensils, and bar tools.
• Cleaning spills and managing waste to maintain a tidy bar area.
