Part Time Cleaner

We are now inviting applicants for Part-Time Cleaners to join our existing team in the Waterford City area.

Monday to Friday: 06:30 to 08:30
Saturdays: 18:00 to 20:00

The duties of the role include but are not limited to cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities. Carry out heavy cleaning tasks and special projects.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around the client's premises.
Cleaning of floors and high traffic areas, including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows.
Cleaning of public restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
Setting up stocks, and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies.
Monitoring and maintaining sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
Assisting other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to our client.
Performing additional duties as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent written skills and attention to detail.
Must have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner.
Must be Fully flexible and available to work days, evenings and weekends.

A full 5 year employment, unemployment, educational and/or self-employment history must be made available to comply with Key Facilities screening policy.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: €13.30 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week

Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability

Education:

Leaving Certificate (preferred)

Experience:

Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
