The role:

• We are searching for a patient coordinator with client facing experience to join our growing team.
• This role will require the candidate to assist the patient throughout the full 360 Avoca Clinic Experience
• This role will be responsible for assisting the senior team throughout the full patient experience in a fast working and caring environment.

The successful applicant:

• Will have experience in a client facing role in a fast paced environment from backgrounds such as retail, hospitality, aesthetic / beauty industry.
• Will be comfortable learning and adapting our patient journey process and delivering the Avoca Experience.
• Will have good interpersonal skills, be capable of providing an emphatic and professional service at all times.
• Will thrive off a team environment to support our rapidly growing business.
• Will have a full driving license.
