DB Pension Administrator

What can you expect:

The Defined Benefit (DB) Client Service Team operates in Cork. The team work alongside the other DB administration teams located in both Dublin, Cork and offshore. Administrators work within teams led by a Team Manager. Additional roles to manage and support the DB business include Business Unit Leaders and Client Managers.

Team size: Circa 11 Administrators and one Team Manager

We will rely on you to:

• Manage a portfolio of clients ensuring highest level of accuracy and attention to detail, to ensure delivery of internal/external client specific service levels and that compliance deadlines are met
• Deal with member, client, and internally generated queries
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements at all times
• Additional tasks as requested by Team Manager
• Ad hoc project work.

What you will need to have:

• Ideally 2+ DB Pensions Administration experience
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
• Effective communication skills and proven track record of providing a high level of customer service
• Ability to work within a team environment as a team player and a flexible approach to work
• High level of accuracy/attention to detail
• High level of problem-solving capability
• A keen interest in further developing a career in pension scheme administration
• A good understanding of the relevant underlying Pensions Legislation and Regulations
