Product Manager - Remote (to GMT +2) / Dublin

Our system touches every point of the salon experience - from the in-salon software appointment calendar and CRM with a fully integrated marketing suite, to staff apps to payments. More recently expanding this experience to include EMR (electronic medical records) for Med Spa clinics.
The Opportunity
Phorest’s Product and Development teams are growing rapidly along with our customer base. We are now hitting a stage where we want to scale up even faster to meet the huge opportunities ahead of us. You will play a critical role in that success by taking on a major area of the product and bringing it into the future to help us realise our product vision.
As the Product Manager for our Consultation Team, you will be at the forefront of enhancing the Medi Aesthetic and Medspa client journey, leading the development of a seamless, user-friendly experience across in-clinic, online booking, and digital engagement platforms tailored to medi-aesthetic clinics.
In this role, you will be the driving force behind a comprehensive product that spans every aspect of the Medi-Aesthetic client journey—covering client communication, consent treatment plans, payments, reports and marketing.
What you will do

Collaborate with your Product Lead to contribute to and refine the Medi-Aesthetic strategic product roadmap across all regions, including the USA, CAN, UK, IE, AUS, DACH, FI, and UAE

Develop a deep understanding of Phorest’s vision, strategic priorities, and commercial KPIs, and how your product pillar impacts these areas. Become a master user of the product and an expert in Medi-Aesthetic specific features and use cases

Actively engage with clients, stay current on industry trends, and deepen your understanding of client needs and medi-aesthetic business operations

Be the voice of the medi aesthetic owner and their clients to drive the creation of the ideal patient experience.

Provide easy-to-understand proposals or breakdowns of multi-faceted problems to connect proposed work to clients’ problems or business opportunities.

Work with our Regional and CX teams to deliver a great medi-aesthetic product for our clients.

Engage teams and stakeholders with compelling opportunities and product vision, sharing details needed to understand value, impact and strategic fit.

Be recognized as an evangelist for your products, inspire others, generating momentum behind the product vision, strategy, gaining alignment and building trust.

3+ years of Product Management experience.

The ability to independently manage senior stakeholders, involving and informing them in a way that ensures support and builds trust.

Clear communication skills which promote collaboration and create clarity for your audience, articulating the most important details and messaging in a manner appropriate for your audience.

You use company and industry qualitative and quantitative data to analyze, validate and prioritize opportunities and recommendations.

You can make recommendations and understand how best to test or validate these assessments.

Experience setting and tracking key metrics/outcomes for the commercial success of your product.

A can do attitude with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.

The ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with a high degree of autonomy

Be obsessed with usage data and how to find the points to improve.

Prior supplier / vendor selection and relationship management experience is a plus.

Having worked in the medi aesthetic industry or consumer products is a plus.
