Role Purpose:
As a Project improvement Coordinator, you will be key in ensuring the organization successfully delivers operational programs and projects. Your expertise in program management, technical knowledge, and attention to detail will be instrumental in driving the effective execution of improvement initiatives that align with business objectives and deliver value to stakeholders. This role requires a combination of project management skills, IT proficiency, and a commitment to excellence in program delivery.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define program objectives, scope, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements to support the successful execution of programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and alignment throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of programs, monitoring progress against key milestones, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program delivery, implementing proactive measures to minimize disruptions and ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide guidance to project teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, vendors, and partners.
  • Communicate program status, updates, and key milestones to stakeholders through regular meetings, reports, and presentations.
  • Solicit stakeholder feedback to identify improvement opportunities and ensure alignment with their expectations and requirements.
  • Ensure that programs adhere to established quality standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments of program deliverables to verify compliance with specifications and quality criteria.
  • Implement governance processes and controls to maintain transparency, accountability, and compliance throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Identify process improvement, automation, and optimization opportunities to enhance program delivery capabilities and efficiency.
  • Fully support the annual leave plan within the Supply Chain Operations Team to ensure a consistent level of service to our customers is maintained.
Ideal Candidate will Possess:
  • A background in supply chain, with experience in program or project coordination.
  • Strong project management skills, including proficiency in creating and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in IT systems and software, especially project management tools and data analysis platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing solutions.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, driving efficiency and quality in program delivery.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and quality standards relevant to supply chain and project management.
  • Ability to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and performance excellence within project teams.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €35,000.00-€42,000.00 per year
