What do you have to offer?

Experience working in a project environment delivering professional implementation services - payroll implementation experience is ideal
Highly organised and articulate (verbally and numerically) with strong attention to detail
Ability to identify inter dependencies and risks across portfolio of projects and changes
Ability to assess impact and identify action plans to mitigate risk
Microsoft Office – intermediate level Word, Excel, Power Point, Share Point content administration
Proven evidence of supporting, tracking the successful delivery of implementations client facing for large enterprise clients

Which task can you expect?

Maintain budgetary responsibility for all implementations and changes under their control
Provide central point of contact for enterprise customers with multiple change request contracts (including service contracts, FOC, draw down days), lead client facing project status meetings providing timely updates on status and budgets.
Resource management of enterprise client change requests or small projects
Develop project plans in the PSA tool to track and resource enterprise client change programmes.
Provide governance and management across clients with multiple changes being delivered in parallel ensuring inter dependencies are managed and resources are allocated to ensure successful delivery.
Champion and act as ambassador of the SD Worx Way methodology
Compliance to internal reporting requirements and operational business processes (PSA Tool)
Support the identification of additional revenue opportunities with clients and prospects and support the transition from sales to implementation.
Deputise for Programme managers, workstream leads and project managers during periods of absence.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the PM community to ensure successful delivery of implementations.
Build customer and internal stakeholder relationships to ensure maximisation of future revenues and business profit.
Manage external strategic third-party partner and supplier relationships as required.
Work proactively as a team member across the department.
