Job Description:
Schedule (Flexibility needed): 11.30am - 4.15pm.
As a Supervisor at UNITED Coffee House & Co, you'll be responsible for upholding the high standards of our café. We're actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Supervisor to join our team. Here's a preview of your role:
Responsibilities:

• Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered by the front-of-house team.
• Maintain the highest standards for both coffee preparation and food quality, including bakery offerings.
• Supervise and support the Head Barista and front-of-house staff.
• Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Oversee inventory and supply management for coffee, food, and bakery items.
• Train and mentor staff to uphold our standards and values.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and positivity.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to implement new initiatives and improvements.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organised environment in the café.
• Assist with food preparation during busy periods, such as toasting sandwiches and heating up food bowls or hot pots.
• Ask for the General Manager's help to ensure the highest standards are maintained.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a café or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of both coffee preparation and food service excellence.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
