Schedule (Flexibility needed): 11.30am - 4.15pm.
As a Supervisor at UNITED Coffee House & Co, you'll be responsible for upholding the high standards of our café. We're actively seeking a dedicated and passionate Supervisor to join our team. Here's a preview of your role:
Responsibilities:
- Ensure exceptional customer service is consistently delivered by the front-of-house team.
- Maintain the highest standards for both coffee preparation and food quality, including bakery offerings.
- Supervise and support the Head Barista and front-of-house staff.
- Manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Oversee inventory and supply management for coffee, food, and bakery items.
- Train and mentor staff to uphold our standards and values.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and positivity.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement new initiatives and improvements.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organised environment in the café.
- Assist with food preparation during busy periods, such as toasting sandwiches and heating up food bowls or hot pots.
- Ask for the General Manager's help to ensure the highest standards are maintained.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a café or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of both coffee preparation and food service excellence.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills with a positive and supportive approach.

Joining our team is your first step toward a rewarding journey with UNITED Coffee House & Co. Here's how the process works:
- Initial interview (45 minutes maximum).
- Trial shift (3 hours maximum).
- Final interview (45 minutes maximum).
Pay: From €15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
Additional pay:
