We are a well-established, fit out contractor, working on some of Ireland's most presitigious and notable projects. We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
Pay: From €65,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the financial and contractual elements of assigned projects.
- Prepare and review tender documents, including bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender evaluations.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and assess the quality of work.
- Manage subcontractor procurement, including vetting, contract negotiation, and performance management.
- Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts, cost reports, and other relevant financial documents.
- Assess, negotiate, and settle final accounts and contract variations with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Liaise with project managers, site managers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget.
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior members of the commercial team.
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments, including changes to legislation, regulations, and best practices.
- BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quantity Surveyor role.
- Proven track record of managing commercial aspects of multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to completion.
- Excellent knowledge of construction contracts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues.
- Proficient in the use of computer software, including Microsoft Office and specialist Quantity Surveying tools.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
- Commercial experience in drylining and specialist fit out systems.
Pay: From €65,000.00 per year
