We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Reception and Housekeeping Manager to join our team. This dual-role manager will be responsible for overseeing both the reception and housekeeping teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, a high standard of service, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through staff development.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the reception and housekeeping teams across both the Blue Haven Hotel and Old Bank House.
• Develop and implement training programs aimed at improving service standards, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.
• Responsible for scheduling and day-to-day operations in both departments to ensure efficient and cost-effective performance.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and staff development, providing leadership and support for team members.
• Ensure that all front-of-house and housekeeping services meet or exceed guest expectations, maintaining our reputation for excellence.
• Collaborate closely with HR and other managers to ensure consistency in people management, compliance, and training.
• Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, safety, and presentation in all areas of the hotel.
• Act as a point of contact for guests, handling queries and concerns professionally and promptly.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role within a hotel environment, managing both reception and housekeeping functions.
• Strong background in staff training, development, and people management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• A positive attitude and hands-on approach.
