Hotel Maintanance Person - Part time

Location: Blue Haven Hotel & Old Bank House, Kinsale
Hours: Part-Time (Flexible)
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Part-Time Maintenance Person to join our team at the Blue Haven Collection in Kinsale. This role is crucial in ensuring our hotel bedrooms, food and beverage areas, and kitchens are kept in top condition through regular upkeep and DIY tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
  • General maintenance and repairs in hotel bedrooms and public areas
  • Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
  • Upkeep and repair of fixtures and fittings in F&B areas and kitchens
  • Responding to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently
  • Ensuring health and safety standards are met
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar maintenance role
  • Strong DIY skills and experience with general repairs
  • Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Flexible and reliable with good attention to detail
