Requirements –
- Follow all company policies and procedure; ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to the company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs.
- Handle any guest issues with professionalism and confidence;
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the Reception team and support the team to reach common goals.
- General computer knowledge
- Pleasant demeanour when interacting with hotel guests

Nestled on 1,000 acres of undulating Irish countryside, dotted with ancient woodlands and glittering lakes, Castle Leslie Estate is one of the last great Irish estates still in the hands of its founding family. The Leslie Family arrived in Ireland in the 16th Century and bought the Estate at that time. Today, this Irish estate is led by the current custodian, Sammy Leslie. Her overwhelming desire is to protect the Estate for future generations.
