We are looking for a Full-Time, Permanent Receptionist to join our growing clinic support team, located in Carrickmines, Co. Dublin. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service and create a positive first impression for visitors to the medical facility / clinic. Greet and assist visitors and patients, answer phone calls, handle inquiries and maintain a tidy reception area.
8:00am - 7:00pm

Job Duties:
- Meet and greet all patients and visitors to the clinic.
- Assist patients with the completion of consent forms.
- Preparation of the clinical rooms and equipment to ensure they are ready for nurses and patients.
- Use the All View Healthcare computer system to update patient records.
- Answer incoming calls and direct patients to the relevant department.
- Provide cover at our other medical clinics within the region.
- Assist with event organisation.
- Liaise with management to prepare any documentation as required.
- A minimum of 1 years' administrative experience.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Friendly, approachable, pleasant manner with excellent phone etiquette.
- A systematic and organised approach to work.
- Ability to work as part of a team and work on own initiative.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Competent skills in phone systems, computer skills and IT systems particularly Microsoft Office.
