Platinum Homecare is an Innovative Homecare Company seeking to appoint a Regional Manager to support and continue the building of our Homecare team in Dublin. Platinum Homecare has been created by established company directors with over 25 years’ experience providing Homecare in Ireland.
Our Mission is to create a more compassionate and efficient method of providing Homecare to those who need it most. We now require an exceptional Regional Manager who will take responsibility for growing and managing our team of motivated, compassionate Carers and support team in the Dublin region. You will be fully supported by our Platinum Support Centre and Platinum Homecare Senior Management.

You will have appropriate experience in working and maintaining high standards, leading teams and commercial development.
Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage and build an effective team of Carers and support staff to ensure delivery and management of Platinum Standard Care to vulnerable people living in their own home in Dublin.
- Manage all aspects of day-to-day operations and ensure effective communication with the HSE, Our Clients and Care Team.
- Preparation and delivery of Business Reports.
- Ensure that all staff are properly supported to be capable and confident to carry out their roles by identifying development and training needs.
- Consistent application of Platinum Homecare standards, policies and making certain best practice is always followed.
- Participate in and contribute to the strategic management of Platinum Homecare.
- Liaise effectively and enthusiastically with the Platinum Support Centre and colleagues on everything relevant to the success of Platinum Homecare in Dublin and all across Ireland.
- Promotion of the Platinum Homecare brand across all communities in Dublin.
- Meet and exceed all Platinum Homecare Key Performance Indicators
- Responsible for ensuring that Platinum Homecare Health and Safety policies and procedures are applied at all times - a safe working environment is our priority
- Ensure that the requirements of the Data Protection Act (and any subsequent revisions of the Act) are met in full especially in relation to HSE, Client and Care Records
- Flexibility to take responsibility for all reasonable duties that support the provision of the highest level of care by Platinum Homecare.
