Who are we looking for?
We are looking for Registered Nurses (RNS) or Licenced Practical Nurses (LPNS) who are passionate about care at home, providing their service in a respectful, empathetic and safe manner and would like to continue developing their professional path in full-time and part-time roles. This role is specific for Wicklow, Limerick, Dublin and Kildare.
Essential experience and skills:
- Bachelors’ Degree,
- Nursing (1 year experience required),
- Full registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (Required),
- Valid Medication Management Certificate,
- Ability to work on own initiative,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Good standard of English - both spoken and written,
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
Key job responsibilities:
- Delivering a range of high-quality occupational health services to patients in a professional manner.
- Promoting the ethos of person-centered care.
- Ensuring that all patients receive care appropriate to their individual needs.
- Monitoring the handover of required documentation closely after every shift.
