We are looking for genuine, hard-working, trustworthy team members.
Working as part of one of the largest home energy improvement companies in Ireland setting appointments for field Surveyors to go out and provide quotes to customers.
Previous office experience a MUST with customer service a priority.
Key duties will include:
· Responding to inbound phone and email enquiries and requests for quotations
· Follow up calls for appointment setting (No cold calling)
· Scheduling appointments for Surveyors ensuring an optimised route and Surveyor travel time is accounted for
· Maintaining accurate records of interactions & appointments
Requirements:
· Must be based in Ireland
· Previous office experience
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Friendly, professional phone manner.
· Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
· Intermediate IT skills
· Must have own laptop/computer
Working Hours:
You should be available to work 15 hours per week initially (potential to increase if desired).
Compensation:
Self-employed weekly pay of €200 per surveyor handled (involves roughly between 10 hours and 15 hours per week per surveyor) plus company bonus scheme
