Reservations Agent

We are currently recruiting for a Reservations Agent who will work within our Front Office Department. As Reservations Agent, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of the Front Office Manager. This is a great opportunity to grow develop a career.
Duties:

Report to the Reservations Manager and Front Office Manager
Creating detailed itineraries for guests
Primary line of inquiry for room reservations
Convert inquiries into contracted business
Positively respond to sales inquiries which can help develop future sales leads
Respond to all customers and potential guests in a highly professional manner
Provide a prompt and efficient service

Requirements:

Previous experience with Opera PMS and Opera Cloud is necessary
Delivering excellent customer service
Professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills are vital
Administration and organizational skills, excellent attention to detail is a must
Excellent computer proficiency
Previous experience in a Hotel Reservations environment
Fluency of the English language is essential
