We are currently searching for a restaurant assistant manager to help us in our day to day operations in Stillorgan.
Our Stillorgan branch has a busy takeaway, restaurant & cocktail bat. The main focus of the ideal candidate will be restaurant.
The ideal candidate will be motivated by high quality service and great food. Experience in the industry is essential.
Responsibilities will include:
Managing a team of floor, bat and kitchen staff,
Cashing up,
Stock control,
Rostering,
Motivating staff,
Training new team members
And more.
