The hours are approximately 25-30 per week.
Applicants must be available for early morning starts 6.30am, 5 days out of 7, mainly Monday to Friday, some weekend & lunch shifts might be involved also.
Role and responsibilities
- Greet guests, and explain breakfast buffet and ordering, to answer professionally questions related to menu items.
- Ensure, quality and presentation standards of buffet and other displays at all times.
- To be aware of all reservations for groups/parties in advance and to have restaurant set up to requirements
- To be responsible for own station, replenishment of crockery/cruets/ cutlery etc.
- To ensure that cutlery, crockery to be scraped, sorted and stacked properly in wash up.
- To ensure proper cleaning and polishing of glasses and cutlery to the required standards
- To Prepare the Restaurant for Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner service, adhering to cleaning schedules and mise en place standards.
- To perform all tasks in a timely manner
- To assist in other areas of the food and beverage department as required
