Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for coordination of Revit standards development, implementation, and enforcement on all Revit-related projects, files, and models for all design practices within ENX. Including, the development of a work plan / roadmap for implementation as well as the quality assurance checks needed for full Revit integration across all firm projects and will be delivered in conjunction with internal and external partners.
The Candidate will also be responsible for the continuous maintenance and enforcement of standards, including training and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
1. Identifying opportunities for ongoing improvements to enhance quality, develop processes to introduce new programs or systems into the workplace effectively.
2. Managing ENX Revit practices, standard operating procedures, families, and design delivery
3. Assisting with training ENX personnel and helping the team develop their Revit skillset
4. Developing standard operating procedures for process and information flow for various data environments, including BIM360, Aconex, and Procore
5. Attending design team/co-ordination meetings with project stakeholders during the co-ordination process
6. Assisting design team personnel with design and co-ordination tasks
Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and modeling of mechanical and electrical services within the residential sector.
• Proficient in the latest versions of Autodesk Revit, with a strong focus on design discipline coordination and workflow optimization.
• Must hold Revit Certified Professional credentials.
• Proactive, a good communicator with the ability to work well with others in a multifunctional project team.
• Excellent level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €60,000.00-€80,000.00 per year
